Yesterday I found this Italian seafood package containing just octopus and green olives, which was actually more than enough…

Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 500g spaghetti
– 200g of packaged seafood (octopus and/or squid, could contain green olives)
– 100g canned sliced tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 garlic clove or powder
– some rosemary
– some cayenne pepper
– juice of half a lemon
– salt, olive oil
Start boiling the spaghetti in salted water according to the cooking instructions.
Chop the onion and put it in a pan with heated olive oil. Add the garlic too.
Add the rosemary.
This Italian antipasti was a great solution…
Add the seafood and the lemon juice.
Season with some cayenne pepper.
Add the tomatoes 3-4 minutes before the spaghetti is done.
Drain the spaghetti and put the into the pan.
Stir and serve.
Cheese is optional as a serving suggestion. Bon appetit!
