Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 500g spaghetti
– 300g chicken (any part you prefer)
– 200g low-fat cream
– 1 zucchini
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1 green pepper
– 1 tbsp porcini powder
– some cayenne pepper
– salt, olive oil
1.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
In a pan, sauté the garlic and the green pepper.

When clear, add the chicken and the procini powder.

Pour the cream and -if you still have it- add some of the stock from the chicken. Add some salt, too.

Instead of draining the spaghetti, you can take them out of their pot with a special spaghetti fork and throw the directly into the pan.

Add some cayenne pepper, if you like.
