Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 500g wholewheat fusilli (or less)
– 200-250g fresh spinach
– 200g boiled chicken breast fillet
– 30g pine nuts
– 100g grated hard cheese
– olive oil, balsamic vinegar

Boil the chicken and let it cool down.
Then boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Place the spinach in a bowl and add some vinegar.

Add olive oil, too.

Add the cheese and the pine nuts.
5.
Cut the chicken in pieces and add them into the bowl.
6.
Drain the fusilli and add them in the salad bowl as well. Season with pepper and salt.
7.
Mix everything and serve! Refreshing, healthy and it gives you power: that is a fine salad.
