Casarecce with shrimps and tuna recipe.

Casarecce with shrimps and tuna

Don’t ask me why, but I used to dislike shrimps when I was young (maybe I didn’t think they were lazy enough to eat!…). Then, one day I was converted like a person who saw heaven and came back.

Combining them with tuna here may seem like some kind of an exaggeration, but a really tasty one!…

Laziness Factor: 2

Ingredients for 4 servings:

– 8 shrimps

– 500g casarecce

– 1 tuna can

– 1 onion

– 2 green peppers

– 4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.

– 400g grated hard cheese.

– rosemary and chilli

1.

Before starting boiling my pasta, I realized my shrimps weren’t 100% defrosted, so I soaked them in a bowl of water.

Half an hour later I started the process: boil the pasta in salted water according to the cooking instructions.
