There is something highly addictive about the onion-cream-pepper combination, scent and taste taken into consideration.

What is certain about this dish is that it’s so easy to make, yet great to present on any table…

Ingredients for 4-5 servings:

– 500g farfalle

– 200g cream

– 1 can of tuna (around 150g)

– 1 onion, chopped

– 1-2 green peppers

– salt and pepper

Start by chopping the onion and the pepper.

Then put them in a pan with some olive oil over high heat.

Start cooking your farfalle, 1 minute less than indicated.

When the onion turns clearer, add the cream.

Add salt and pepper, according to your own taste.

Just one minute before you drain the farfalle, add the tuna in the sauce.

Mix and serve, or serve with the sauce and some sliced sun-dried tomatoes on top. Perfect!
